GND

GND is an art duo of multimedia artists Nadya Xyxu and Grigory Tsvetkov.

GND was created by Nadya Xyxu and Grigory Tsvetkov in 2021 while they were studying for the master's program (NUST MISIS, ArtTech). before that Nadya had mostly a musical and post production background, and Grigory worked as a motion designer. they were both born in Moscow, Russia in 1988. Having advanced skills in 2d and 3d graphics, sound synthesis and video creating, they successfully combine them in creating artworks and live performances.

They explore human states in various generative environments. they create digital worlds, transform physical spaces with sounds and graphics, and explore the possibilities of using secondary materials in creating physical objects such as collages and interactive installations.

During the first two years of its existence, GND participated in 17 exhibitions, and took a part at one international residence.
